Job Description
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will be at the forefront of the ideation process, scoping, and rapid prototyping of new crypto ventures in a founder-product manager capacity.
You will collaborate closely with our technical teams to bring pioneering products and services from concept to reality. Your role is crucial in transforming nascent ideas into successful businesses, driving growth from zero to one. This role demands a highly motivated, driven and entrepreneurial individual with a deep-rooted passion for blockchain technology and a solid background in engineering and crypto trading.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end process of startup ideation, including market research, validation, prototyping, and business model and go-to-market creation.
Work alongside technical teams to direct project development, ensuring that product iterations align with market needs and business goals.
Utilize a deep understanding of the crypto landscape to identify unique opportunities for venture creation.
Employ product management expertise to define product roadmaps, feature sets, and go-to-market strategies.
Foster an agile and iterative development culture, promoting rapid testing and learning cycles.
Prepare and present pitch decks to stakeholders and potential investors, effectively communicating the value proposition and progress of ventures.
Act as a mentor and leader within the incubator, contributing to a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Essential Requirements
Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and the broader digital assets space.
Prior experience in product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or in a similar role within a startup environment.
Strong business acumen with a track record of launching and scaling ventures.
Deep, demonstrable experience in defi and trading is highly desirable.
A builder, with a flair for developing user-centric and market-fit products.
Hunger to succeed and the hustle to make it happen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive projects forward in a resource-efficient manner.
A networker at heart, with the capability to forge and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Must be able to work efficiently in India timezone with our technical team.
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
Extensive experience in blockchain technology and crypto trading.
Demonstrated experience in a business/product-building role within a technology-driven organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Remote, office or hybrid, with required travel to India and ability to work across time zones. Offices are available in Chicago, New York, London and Singapore.
